Thanks for your guidance.  Reading your notes to all the comers and enlightening of talking about how to handle life is very enriching.  

The other questions that I have is whether I will be able to have run a small business of my own in the future.  Because in my country, anyone that is above 40 years will be easily retrenched by companies.

Just encourage yourself. I saw people over 40 have a same problem of you, not only in Singapore. Taiwanese is the same as it.

Then, just improve your communication skill, you'll find things go flowing.
