如何停止胡思乱想呢？Seafar向我推荐的方向是静坐，强行把自己的注意放在丹田处，只听自己的呼吸声。要求呼吸深、慢、轻。

Fine,u got your point,actually everyone got their own experience,u are not me,how would u know?
Yes,u can make a little bit difference by practice,but u can’t change the whole thing.Everyone have to suffer from their own mistake, and now is my turn.I’m standing on a cross road right now,either I surrender or keep following my own way, I can only make my decision like I use to be.That’s the reason why I come here to got some tips if I can. I’m not a negative person like what u think.Anyway thanks a lot for your concern, I won’t give up no matter how tough I’m gonna face.
